Controller
The controller for this website and the Manometer network is Daniel Dirks, Rapsstr. 41, 13629 Berlin, Germany, phone +49 151 22335522, email office@email.de.
We process personal data only as far as it is needed to run this website and the network, to communicate with you and to fulfil legal duties. Legal bases are Art. 6(1) GDPR: (a) consent, (b) contract and pre-contractual steps, (c) legal obligation, (f) legitimate interests; and § 25 TDDDG for storing or reading information on your device.
Hosting and server logs
This website and the applications run on the operator's own servers in Germany. When a page is requested, the server processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, requested address, referrer, browser and operating system. This serves delivery, stability and defence against attacks (Art. 6(1)(f)). Logs are deleted after 30 days at the latest, unless they are needed longer to investigate a security incident. Connections are encrypted with TLS; certificates are issued by Let's Encrypt. Fonts are served from our own server.
Forms and contact
When you use the contact form or sign up as an account holder, signal source or affiliate, we process what you enter: name, email address and the details of your sign-up or message. They are stored on our server and in contact fields of our email system Quentn (see below), so that we can answer you and carry out what you asked for (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f)).
Double opt-in. After you sign up you receive one email with a confirmation link. You receive the information about the network, and your account, source or affiliate access becomes active, only after you click it (Art. 6(1)(a)). We keep the time of your request and of your confirmation as proof. If you do not confirm, you receive nothing further from us. You can withdraw your consent at any time with the link in every email. The contact form needs no confirmation: we only answer your message.
Older orders through Digistore24
Your bet log is stored on our server. We process the bets you enter there to settle them and to calculate the 10 % share on new profit once a month (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Since 31 October 2026 the board is free and no longer sold through Digistore24. For older subscriptions: orders and payments are handled by Digistore24 GmbH, St.-Godehard-Straße 32, 31139 Hildesheim, Germany, as reseller. Digistore24 is itself responsible for the order and payment data entered there; its privacy policy applies. We receive the order data needed to set up your access (for example name, email address, product, order number; Art. 6(1)(b)).
After the purchase, Digistore24 redirects you to our thank-you page. Order data (first name, order number) may be attached to the address. The page uses it only to display it in your browser and then removes it from the address bar; we do not store it.
Emails and website tracking via Quentn
Adding a role in your member area. If you add a role there, we store the role, the time and the version of the conditions you accepted on our server as proof, and pass your email address and the role to Quentn as a tag, so that you receive the access details for it (Art. 6(1)(b)). If we do not have your address yet, you enter it there. The role works at once; if your address is not confirmed yet, you first get one email with a confirmation link before anything else is sent.
For sending emails we use Quentn, a service of Quentn.com GmbH, Friedrich-Ebert-Straße 51, 14469 Potsdam, Germany, on the basis of a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). Processed are email address, name, the content of your request, and details of how emails are used (opens and clicks). Service emails are based on the contract (Art. 6(1)(b)); a newsletter is sent only with your consent by double opt-in (Art. 6(1)(a)) and can be unsubscribed in every email.
Our public pages also include Quentn's tracking script. It is loaded from a server of Amazon Web Services (quentn.s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com) and reports page views to t-1.eu-1.quentn.com: the page, the time, the previous page and technical details of your browser; for this an identifier is stored in your browser. If you arrive through a link in one of our emails, the visit can be assigned to your contact; all other visits are only evaluated statistically. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in measuring reach (Art. 6(1)(f)), or your consent where § 25 TDDDG requires it. You can object at any time; an informal email to office@email.de is enough.
We do not use Meta or Google advertising services on these pages.
Visit statistics with Google Analytics
With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to see how often our public pages are visited and which of them help. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Nothing is loaded before you agree. If you agree, the script is loaded from googletagmanager.com and two cookies are set in your browser (_ga and _ga_PQJTF7X25S, stored for up to 13 months).
Google then receives: the page address without query parameters, the previous page without query parameters, campaign tags in the address (utm), the time, technical details of your browser and device, your approximate location derived from your IP address, and actions on the page such as scrolling, clicks on external links, file downloads and starting or sending a form. Form contents are not sent. According to Google, IP addresses are not stored in Google Analytics. Google signals and advertising features are switched off. The sign-in area and the pages shown after a confirmation or an order are not measured.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). Google processes the data for us under its data processing terms and may also use it, without reference to you, to improve its own services. Data may be transferred to the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We keep the data in Google Analytics for 14 months. You can withdraw your consent at any time under "Privacy settings" at the bottom of every public page; the cookies are then deleted.
Sign-in and dashboards
To sign you in we process your access data (username, password as a salted hash, personal access link). Your dashboard shows the data of your own account. Your session stays in your browser (see local storage). Everything here is based on the contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). Settlement records and invoices are kept for the statutory retention periods, usually up to ten years; other data is deleted when the contract ends and no retention duty applies.
The Agent
For account holders we process: which bookmakers are registered, placement reports (ticket, odds, stake, time), the Agent's version and status, the balance where the bookmaker shows it, your limits, statements, invoices and payments. This is used for settlement and fraud prevention (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)) and is never sold.
If you switch on "Account reading" in the Agent, it also sends the bets in the bookmaker accounts you ticked, including bets that did not come through Manometer, and the account movements as far as the bookmaker shows them. We use them to settle bets and later to calculate the result of the whole account (Art. 6(1)(a)). Your name at the bookmaker, your IP address and session data are not sent. You can switch this off in the Agent at any time; tell us if you want the stored data deleted.
Signal sources
For signal sources we process the source id, the contact details from your sign-up, receipts, proposals once opened, scores and payouts. Sealed proposals are stored as ciphertext until they open. A published scorecard shows your source id and your totals in public, by your choice; individual proposals and the bundle stay with you unless you pass them on. You can withdraw publication at any time, but hashes already anchored in Bitcoin cannot be removed, and they reveal nothing on their own.
Local storage
Your session in the sign-in area is stored in your browser for this tab, or on this device if you tick "Keep me signed in". This is technically necessary or a function you asked for (§ 25(2) TDDDG). The data stays in your browser; signing out deletes the session. Your choice on visit statistics is also stored in your browser, for 12 months, so that we do not have to ask on every page.
Affiliate links
If you reach us through a personal link, we store the affiliate's code for 12 months in a cookie of our own domain (mano_ref; mano_cam holds a campaign name, mano_aff a Digistore24 ID, if the link has one) and in your browser's local storage. The code is sent along if you submit a form on this site. A later click on another affiliate's link replaces it. You can delete the cookie in your browser at any time. We use it to credit the affiliate and to calculate their commission (Art. 6(1)(f)). We also count clicks on these links per day, without names. Your IP address and browser identification serve only to avoid counting a visitor twice: they stay in memory, scrambled with a key that changes daily, and are never written to disk. The affiliate sees totals only: never your name, your email or your individual figures. For affiliates we process name, contact details, the accounts assigned to them, commissions and payouts (Art. 6(1)(b)).
Telegram
We link to our Telegram channel and group. Only when you click a link are you taken to Telegram. If you join, Telegram processes your data as its own controller under its privacy policy, also outside the EU. We see your Telegram name, your username if you have one, and the posts you write in the group. If you use “Join on Telegram” in the signed-in area, our bot stores your Telegram user number with your account so that it can let you into the group. Write to us and we remove it.
Recipients and transfers
We pass on personal data only as far as the purposes above require, to the providers named above. We do not sell data. Transfers outside the EU take place only where an adequacy decision or suitable safeguards such as EU standard contractual clauses apply.
Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3)).
Right to object: where we process data on the basis of legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)), you can object at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation (Art. 21). You can object to direct marketing at any time without giving reasons.
An email to office@email.de is enough to exercise your rights. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, for example the one in your country of residence or the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
